Selecting the ‘right’ cabin:

To reserve your experience-of-a-lifetime, pick a cabin from the  ‘Cabins’ menu above, once you are on a specific cabin page, you can pick your reservation dates and book online!  If you can click the dates on the calendar, then it most likely is available, if  the dates are blue and you can not click it, then it’s already reserved. There are a few cabins that require owner approval before we can accept a reservation.  Thank you for understanding.

Scrapbooking Retreats

Join in on the fun of a productive weekend where you can scrapbook and relax. We provide space for open-cropping, delicious meals, drawings, game prizes, and classes to help you learn new techniques and go home with completed projects. Our scrapbooking retreats are a fun option for groups or individuals who want the versatility of free-time to visit with friends, watch a movie in the theater room, relax in the hot tub, run into Park City or Midway to shop, or scrapbook the weekend through and go home with lots of completed layouts and memories.

Company Team-building, Leadership Training or Holiday Party

Research shows that employees actually become more successful in business by allowing themselves to have fun. Our luxurious mountain homes provide a great location away from the office for team-bonding activities. Options include day-time training without a stay-over or separate rooms for lodging. Catering services can be arranged.

Romantic Getaway Package

It’s time to spoil each other and reconnect while relaxing in luxurious comfort. This is a memorable way to celebrate an anniversary or escape together. Take advantage of the various activities in the surrounding areas such as skiing, snowmobiling or hiking. Or spend your time cozied up inside of our upscale cabins.

Sleep in, watch a romantic movie in our home theater, enjoy the beautiful mountain views, and don’t forget the hot tub. Options include a variety of Welcome Basket choices.

Ski or Snowboard Package

We offer services to the four world-class resorts within thirty minutes of your lodging (Park City, The Canyons, Deer Valley and Sundance). Purchase your lift-tickets and ski or snowboard rentals through us to save time and money.

Snowmobile Package

Bundle your lodging and snowmobile rental for a convenient start to a great time! We can arrange the rentals of snowmobiles .

  • Reservations:

    For reservations that are less than 30 days away, the entire booking amount is due at the time of scheduling the reservation.  (We will give you a 24 hour courtesy hold, if you ask.) For reservations that are scheduled for more than 30 days away, we require a 20% deposit,( Advance User Fee), to hold your dates and the remainder is due 30 days prior to Member’s scheduled check in.  Minimum age to rent: 25 years old.

    Cancellations:

    CANCELLATIONS must be received by the Company at least sixty (60) days prior to the first day of the use period.  Cancellation will result in a $50.00 charge deducted from 20% deposit to cover booking expenses.  In case of cancellations within 60 days of the first day of the use period, no refund of user fees paid will be made unless and until another Member schedules use during the canceled period and user fees are paid.  If another Member does not use the property during the cancelled period, user fees paid and cleaning fees will not be refunded.  If another Member uses the property during the canceled period, any user fees paid will be refunded to the canceling Member. The Advance User Fee is non-refundable.
