This exquisite mountain home is the perfect place for your family gathering, business retreat, or weekend getaway. This upscale cabin is located near Heber City only about 30 minutes to Park City’s ski resorts, about 15 minutes to Soldier Hollow. Snowmobile from the cabin to enjoy nearby sledding. Enjoy the splendid winter scenery with likely wildlife viewing right outside the door!  Has Mountain and Lake views. (Please note that the Lake is privately owned and not accessible.)

Timberline Lodge has 7 Bedrooms + additional sleeping and 6 Bathrooms.
The bedroom layout is as follows:  Upstairs : 1 Bedroom with 4 twin beds , Main level (3 bedrooms): 2 king master suites, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed that has a twin & full and another twin bed.  Downstairs has: (4 bedrooms): 1 King Bedroom, a Bedroom with a Queen bed and a full futon, The Office has a Queen Futon, The game room has a Queen and a Full Bed.  All rooms have a door, so they are private.  Additional Sleeping: The living room downstairs has a Full Futon, and there is an additional Full Bed available if needed. The cabin also has 2 full kitchens and 2 big living rooms. Beautifully decorated and fully furnished with a stocked kitchen and all of the comforts of home. **Plus a work-out room with a treadmill and elliptical machine. Cabin is about 6,000 square feet.  Game Room has a Ping Pong table, Air Hockey table, Foosball, Large Arcade game (pinball) & a Basketball Hoop-Shot game.  T.V.’s:  The Three King bedrooms have a television, the loft has a television and the both living rooms have televisions.

Enjoy snowmobile trails around the Lake.  Please note that the lake is privately owned and not accessible to the public.  There are lakes and public water ways just 10-15 minutes from the area.

    Fancy, and Fun!

    Guest: Andrew(Riverton, UT) Date of Stay: 05/03/10 I have rented this property twice in the past year. The photos and description do not do it justice. The first stay was just myself and a few other individuals. I loved it so much I came back with a much larger group. The home itself is very tastefully furnished with high-end touches throughout. My favorite part of the home is the huge deck off the main room. It overlooks the lake and is the perfect spot for everyone to gather in the evenings.     Beautiful cabin and scenery
